SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα/β/γ) developed as an exercise-mimetic research tool. Published rodent work reports upregulation of mitochondrial-biogenesis genes and enhanced exercise capacity in laboratory models.
