Shipping Policy

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within one to three working days of confirmation. Local Costa del Sol orders may be arranged for same-day or next-day handover by appointment.

Every shipment uses an insured, fully tracked courier service appropriate to the destination. A tracking reference is shared as soon as the parcel is collected so you can follow it door-to-door. Typical transit windows:

• Costa del Sol (Marbella, Málaga, Fuengirola, Estepona, Mijas): same- or next-day
• Spain (mainland): 1–3 working days
• Rest of Europe and the United Kingdom: 5–14 days, tracked
• United States and Canada: 5–18 days, tracked
• Rest of world: typically 7–21 days, tracked

We offer four secure payment options so you can choose whatever works best for your jurisdiction and timeline:

• Bank transfer — SEPA / international IBAN. No fees, typically clears in 2–5 working days.
• Card payment via Wise — credit or debit card, clears in minutes, no surcharge.
• PayPal — sent as Friends & Family.

Materials are dispatched in discreet, temperature-aware packaging suitable for laboratory reference compounds. No promotional or product-identifying markings are visible on the outer carton.

The recipient is responsible for understanding and complying with their jurisdiction's import rules for laboratory research materials, and for any duties, taxes, or fees levied at import. Orders refused at customs are treated under the Refund Policy as undelivered shipments.

Please ensure the delivery address is complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility for losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addressing.

If a parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
