Our mission

Regena Peptides exists to give independent researchers, biohackers and clinicians a supply chain they can actually defend in a notebook: every vial traceable to a batch, every batch traceable to an unedited third-party certificate of analysis, every shipment handled with the same cold-chain discipline an in-house pharmacy would use. We sell research compounds — and we publish the evidence behind them.

Founder story — why Regena was created

Regena was started in Marbella by a small team that had been buying peptides for their own longevity and recovery research and kept hitting the same wall: vague purity claims, no batch-matched paperwork, and shipping that arrived warm. We built the supplier we wanted to buy from — a Spanish-based lab with a strict COA-first policy, fast EU delivery, and a human on the other end of WhatsApp when something needs answering.

Sourcing standards

Raw peptide is sourced from cGMP-aligned synthesis partners with documented quality systems. Every incoming lot is logged, sampled and re-tested before it is released into our inventory. We refuse to list compounds we cannot consistently obtain at ≥99% HPLC purity, which is why our catalogue is deliberately shorter than the industry average.

HPLC + mass spectrometry testing

HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) quantifies purity; mass spectrometry confirms that the molecule on the chromatogram is the molecule on the label. We require both. Our third-party reports — primarily by Janoshik Analytical — are published as unedited PDFs in our COA library and our Independent Testing Results database.

COA verification & batch tracking

Every label carries a batch code (e.g. RP-BPC-2410-A1). That code resolves to a specific PDF. Cross-reference the molecular weight, retention time and signature on the COA against the vial you received. If anything looks off, message us and we will pull the raw lab file. No batch ships without paperwork.

Shipping procedures

Orders dispatch from Marbella with insulated packaging and ice packs sized to the route. EU delivery typically completes in 2–4 working days; UK in 3–5; USA and the rest of the world in 5–10. Tracking is shared the moment the label is generated. Lost or damaged shipments are reshipped at our cost — no insurance upsell.

Customer support standards

WhatsApp, Telegram and email are answered by people who actually know the catalogue and can read a COA. We respond inside business hours within 60 minutes on average, and out of hours within 12. We do not outsource support.

Worldwide delivery

We ship to most jurisdictions where research compounds may be legally imported for laboratory use. Country-specific guidance lives on our locations hub.

Scientific transparency

We do not make therapeutic claims. We publish the chromatograms, the lab names, the methods and the limitations. If the data doesn't support a claim, we don't make it — and we'd rather lose a sale than mislabel a compound.

Frequently asked questions

Where are Regena Peptides shipped from?+

Our research compounds are stored and dispatched from our Marbella, Spain laboratory with cold-chain handling and ship worldwide including the UK, EU, USA and Australia.

What purity standard do you guarantee?+

Every batch is HPLC tested to ≥99% purity, with mass spectrometry identity confirmation on every release. The batch-matched COA is published before any unit is dispatched.

Who tests your peptides?+

Third-party analytical laboratories — primarily Janoshik Analytical — perform independent HPLC and mass-spec testing. Reports are unedited PDFs you can download from our COA library.

Are the COAs really matched to my batch?+

Yes. Every vial label includes a batch code that ties directly to its certificate of analysis. If a code does not resolve to a published COA, the unit is not released.

How is privacy handled at checkout?+

Discreet labelling, no third-party data sharing for marketing, secure card and bank-transfer rails, and GDPR-aligned data retention.
