How the commission works
What exactly is the 20%?
Twenty percent of the total order value for any customer who uses your promo code, during their first month with Regena. Shipping is excluded from the commission base.
What happens after the first month?
The structure becomes negotiable based on the volume you're driving. Consistent, high-volume affiliates move up — reach out and we'll agree new terms directly.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed each cycle once orders are confirmed and outside the standard refund window. We'll confirm your preferred payout method during onboarding.
Do I need to have a large audience?
No. Clinicians, coaches, small-community operators and podcast hosts all work well. Trust and fit beat raw reach.
