Every order in that month is paid at the tier your month's total reaches — so hitting €20,000 pays 20% on the whole month, not just the last order. The month resets on the 1st, so each month you prove the volume again.

How the commission works
How is my rate decided?
By the referred sales your code produces in a calendar month, excluding shipping. Up to €9,999 pays 3%, €10,000+ pays 10%, €20,000+ pays 20% and €30,000+ pays 30% — applied to the whole month once you reach the tier.
Can I use my own code?
No. Your code is not valid on your own purchases and self-purchases never count toward your monthly volume or commission. You still get the automatic customer discounts: 5% on 2+ kits and 20% plus free shipping over €3,500.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed each cycle once orders are confirmed and outside the standard refund window. We'll confirm your preferred payout method during onboarding.
Do I need to have a large audience?
No. Clinicians, coaches, small-community operators and podcast hosts all work well. Trust and fit beat raw reach.
