If your first quarter's projected spend clears Tier 1, we open the account inside one working day and issue a PO template plus a dedicated account inbox. Programme and Institutional tiers add a 30-minute onboarding call with your account manager to lock inventory and agree standing-order pricing.

Registered research institutions, academic labs, veterinary practices, licensed compounding pharmacies, biotech companies and clinics with a documented research purpose. We ask for a short vetting form and a registered business address.
Do you offer purchase-order invoicing?+
Yes — approved accounts can raise POs with net-30 payment terms. Larger institutions can request net-60 subject to a short credit review.
Can we lock a price for a full research programme?+
Yes. Standing-order agreements let you fix a per-vial price for 3–12 month programmes and reserve inventory against your batch requirements.
Are lab-account COAs different?+
COAs are the same batch-matched third-party PDFs every customer receives — plus, on request, the underlying raw lab files and a signed release note per shipment for your QMS.
