We don't sell single vials. Every order is a sealed 10-vial research kit — it's how serious labs and long-protocol researchers actually buy, and it's how we keep quality and price honest.
- ✓ Lower €/mg — batching 10 vials cuts our fill cost, and we pass it to you (per-vial price is 40–60% lower than typical single-vial pricing).
- ✓ One batch, one COA — all 10 vials come from the same HPLC-verified lot, so your data stays consistent across a full study.
- ✓ Real supply for real protocols — a 10-vial kit covers ~30–90 days of research depending on dose, so you're not re-ordering mid-study.
- ✓ One shipment, one customs pass — fewer parcels = lower risk, lower shipping cost per vial, faster to your bench.

What is CJC-1295 (no DAC)?
CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Mod GRF (1-29), is a tetra-substituted GHRH(1-29) analogue with improved enzymatic stability while retaining a short half-life suitable for pulsatile GH release studies.
Mechanism of action
Stimulates anterior pituitary GHRH receptors for short GH pulses.
Primary research areas
Endogenous GH release, paired with ghrelin mimetics.
Research notes
- Often co-administered with ipamorelin in research protocols.
CJC-1295 (no DAC): expanded research context
CJC-1295 (no DAC) — also known as Modified GRF (1-29) — is a tetrasubstituted 30-amino-acid analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone. The four amino-acid substitutions extend biological activity relative to native GHRH while preserving a short circulating half-life (~30 minutes), which produces pulsatile GH release closer to physiological patterns than the DAC-conjugated form.
It is typically studied alongside a GH-secretagogue such as ipamorelin (see the CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin combined kit). The short half-life supports controlled pulse protocols in research settings, in contrast to CJC-1295 with DAC, which produces a sustained multi-day GH bleed.

Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism · 2005
Characterised the extended half-life of GRF (1-29) analogues relative to native GHRH and established pulsatile GH response profiles.
CJC-1295 DAC vs no-DAC pharmacology
Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism · 2006
Compared drug-affinity-complex (DAC) conjugation on half-life and GH/IGF-1 kinetics; no-DAC form retained pulsatile release, DAC produced sustained elevation.

Endocrine Reviews · 2005
Review of GHRH-analogue + GHRP (ipamorelin, hexarelin) synergy — combined administration produces GH release exceeding either arm alone.

World Anti-Doping Agency · 2024
GHRH analogues including CJC-1295 are prohibited in and out of competition under WADA S2.

COA matched batch number exactly
Ordered three batches of BPC-157 over four months. Each shipment arrived cold-packed with a COA and the batch numbers cross-checked against the public testing database. Purity reported between 98.7% and 99.2% — consistent with what we measured in-house by HPLC.
Dr. M. AnderssonStockholm, Sweden - Verified
Fast UK delivery, clean reconstitution
Discreet packaging, arrived in 48 hours to London. Lyophilised cake was firm, dissolved completely in bac water with no cloudiness. Dose math in IU on the calculator made repeat dosing trivial.
J. WhitmoreLondon, UK - Verified
Best documentation I've seen from a supplier
We compared three suppliers as part of a sourcing audit. Regena was the only one with chromatograms, retention times and lab-named COAs published per batch. That's the standard the rest of the industry should meet.
Prof. L. RomanoMilan, Italy - Verified
Good product, customs took an extra day
Product itself is excellent — clean reconstitution, COA available. Customs added 24 hours which is outside Regena's control. Support replied within an hour when I asked for an update.
K. PetersenCopenhagen, Denmark - Verified
Independent lab agreed with stated purity
We sent a sub-sample to an independent lab. Their result was within 0.4% of the published Regena COA. That's a level of transparency you almost never see in research-peptide sourcing.
Dr. S. PatelBirmingham, UK - Verified
Cold chain held the whole way
Temperature indicator strip in the package stayed in the green. Vials still chilled on arrival despite a 3-day route. Whoever packs these boxes knows what they're doing.
